Problems with hosting

Can somebody help me set up a server? I can get it up and what not, but I can't get ANY GM verbs.

Before you reply, I DID edit the save file to where it says I'm a GM and the host....but nothing.

For whomever helps me, will receive GM on my server.

We need to compile those guides in one place, instead of all over the map.

If you could hunt them all down and find them, put each one in a Notepad doc, and email them to me, I'll put them in the guide section.

i put my problem in wrong chat erler,Yeah when i was a nub and never knew how to edit lol i changed my save.sav file to notpad format and now evry time i download mj they come as that format and wont work so i fed up bad here's what i mean

To fix that, just go to Open With... and uncheck that box at the bottom that says "Always open this type of application with this program"...or something like that. Theres only one box there to check, so im sure youll find it. ^^
