| You must get a version of Mystic Journey. Then Host it in Dream Daemon and see if anyone besides yourself can join. If that isn't the case, then you are most likely behind a firewall, or a router, or both. Luckily, if you're using a realtively new router, you should have the option to enable/disable NAT(Network Address Translation), or there should be some kind of "de-militarized zone" option that you can enable.
My DMZ info looks something like this:

To get to your router settings, enter your static IP address into internet explorer (example: 192.168.7.1). You'll probably need a username and password to get in, which you should have. Once that's done, you should be all set. No port forwarding needed.
